POSTAGE AND PACKAGING 
At Charmed Spirit we only have a few pieces of each item in stock. If these sell out we will make your jewellery to order, so like the finest food it may take a little longer to prepare. Please allow 7-10 working days before receiving your goods (within the UK, longer delivery times to the rest of the world). If in the case of any delay we will contact you. All our products are sent quickly and securely by registered post. All parcels will need a signature to be received. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. 

POSTAGE COSTS
UK mainland - £2.50 per order (registered post)
Outside UK - £5.00 per order (registered post)

RETURNS POLICY
Charmed Spirit will endeavour to supply you jewellery at the highest level of quality and each piece is individually inspected before dispatch, however we do operate the following returns policy:
For reasons of hygiene we do not exchange earrings.
We offer a simple 7 days money back guarantee. If any item is not quite what you require then just notify us by e-mail or post (please state the reason for return) within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else.
When requesting a refund please note we do not refund your postage costs.
Please return items via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. The postage cost is not refundable unless the item was damaged/faulty.

Please check the goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 working days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not contact us within 3 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

If an item is not in stock we will notify you and offer you the choice of putting the item on "back-order" a chance to order an alternative, or a refund.

We have made every effort to photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible, and include details of size and scale. However, colours and images may depend on your own monitor.

By placing an order, you confirm that you agree with the above terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days from receipt of order (within the UK. Longer delivery times apply for the rest of the world). All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock or dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 10 working days from date of order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date, or arrange a refund. If you require your order sooner than 10 days please contact us by email and we will see what we can do.

Charmed Spirit believes that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of our internet business, therefore it is our policy to keep any personal information we receive completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. WE WILL NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES,
Charmed Spirit will on a few occasions e-mail you to update you on new jewellery as it becomes available. By ordering or enquiring about our jewellery will automatically subscribe you to this service; if you would prefer not to receive these e-mails please notify us.
